When I run the blender or food processor the motor always smells like something's burning...The ice crusher feature isn't as effective as I'd hoped. Often leaves large chunks of ice while the rest gets crushed so small it melts.
Other than being a little noisy, it looks and feels very sturdy. Doesn't move around and has a REAL glass jar. Very nice! I don't think anyone would be unhappy with this machine at all.
A little noisy, but worked well. Until the small clutch on the motor shattered when I was making a smoothie.
The food processor works fine; the blender however is horrible. It doesn't blend smoothies until smooth. It always leaves them chunky.
Seriously! I would NOT recommend this product to an enemy, never mind to a friend or family member!
